Association of Benevolent Collectors

This Corporation is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The purpose of this Corporation is to:

Advance U.S. veterans’ welfare, in cooperation with other charities, to cover the existing gaps, such as connecting the veterans with care services, individualized assistance, eliminating waiting periods, and providing them with contacts to sponsors and grants, and including housing, education, and mental health.

Foster and preserve military and cultural heritage by collecting and offering for public display and trade, antique arms, armor, paintings, furniture, and other objects of art as well as books, and valuable objects of all types. The profit from this trade is to accrue to the Corporation for the benefit of U.S. veterans, with a special focus on their living conditions, housing, clothing, food, education, and mental health.

Cooperate, exchange information and conduct trade for mutual benefit with other nonprofit organizations in the United States with the same or similar goals as stated herein.
